The basic source of nutrition is the food we eat but it also depends on the
amount and quality of food we eat. Those who take well balanced diet and lots
of fluids with the nutritional supplements and physical activity lead a healthy
and cheerful life. Because of the variation in sources of nutrition it is wise
to consume nutritional supplements to fulfill the requirement of nutritional
needs.

Every age group can be benefited by standard using up of nutritional supplements. As infants, children, kids, adolescents, teenagers and youth are
in the growing stage, they require as much nutrition as they can get to affect
that growth stage positively. Women who are expecting need to consume it so
that the unborn baby can get all the nutrition essential for that baby. Aged
people require it to maintain their health and body and for anti-ageing. For
strength and energy, athletes also require it. People who don’t have enough to
prepare proper meals because of their busy schedule can use it as an alternate
to meet the daily requirement of nutrition. Those born with natural disability
or deficiency can use it to counter the problem. Finally those with allergies can
use it to supplement the nutritional requirements which they cannot fulfill due
to foods they cannot eat.
