Ever since we
are kids we are told the benefits of Calcium and how important it is for strong
bones. We are persuaded by our elders to keep our daily intake of milk to
maximum as it is the most common source of Calcium.
One thing we
don’t know until at a later age is that Calcium is also has a very positive
effect on our skin. Calcium deficiency has shown to cause irritation, wrinkles
and dryness in the skin. Some studies have even shown that Calcium reduces the
risk of skin cancer.
